Rooted in Fort Worth hospitality and driven by a passion for timeless weddings, we’re here to guide you through every detail—from first tour to final send-off. Each member of our team brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and genuine care, ensuring your experience is as joyful and seamless as your special day deserves.

 

Get to know the people who make Grace Manor Events a place where love stories come to life.

Ashley is the owner and visionary for Grace Manor Events.  Every thoughtful detail that you see in the venue was from her.  She thought of everything!  Ashley oversees the operations, answers questions alongside Karen, and does the occasional tour.  She is very hands-on and loves hearing every single love story.  Don’t be shocked when she cries when you tell her. You will likely get to meet Ashley on your wedding day.  Grace Manor Events was her dream and she loves to see her dreams become reality when your dream wedding day becomes a reality.

Karen is the voice on the other end of the phone, emails and texts that you receive.  Karen answers your questions and takes you on most tours at Grace Manor Events.  When in doubt, Karen has the answer!  She is the mother of two beautiful adult daughters that she helped plan stunning weddings for.  She understands your stress and can relate to you and the planning process.  Ask her anything and everything.  She is here to make your search for the perfect venue enjoyable. 

Once you have officially booked Grace Manor Events as your venue, Shelley becomes your main point of contact.  She will take you from booked to your wedding day.  She handles the small details and helps you stay on track with your planning.  Shelley works closely with your wedding coordinator to make sure your day is everything you dreamed it would be.  Yes, she is as sweet in person as she is on the phone.  You will get to meet Shelley at your final details meeting and quite possibly on an occasional tour.  

If you love our social media, then you will love Renee!  She is the creative genius behind it all.  Renee handles all of the marketing, social media, website design, and event coordination for Grace Manor Events.  If you are lucky to tour on a Friday, you will likely get to tour with Renee.
