What type of events can we book at the venue?

Can we tour the venue?
On-site tours are now available! Visit our Inquire page to schedule a time to tour the venue in person. We look forward to welcoming you!
What spaces are available to rent?
We only offer our full venue to rent. We do not offer individual spaces for rent.
What is the rental time period?
It is a 13 hour rental period from 11am - midnight. The final hour of the rental is the clean up hour. You may shift this rental period forward as early as 8am.
Can I add extra hours to my rental period in the morning? What is the earliest we can get to the venue?
Extra getting ready hours can be added on before the rental period for $300/hour. The earliest the venue can be rented is 8 am.
Can I add more hours to the end of the rental period after midnight?
Yes, you can add an extra hour after midnight for $800/hour.
Can we set up the night before the wedding?
We do not allow it to be set up the night before the wedding. All set up must be done during the rental period.
Can we have a rehearsal at Grace Manor?
Yes, you have a 45 minute rehearsal period that can be scheduled anytime the week before the wedding or as long as there is no event scheduled on the day. Events will take precedent over a rehearsal. Rehearsals can also be scheduled the morning of the wedding or take place off sight.
Do I need to have a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator?
Grace Manor does require a day-of-coordinator for all events. Cannot be a family member or friend. Must be an industry professional, carry liability insurance, and must be present to the end of the rental period.
Do you have areas for the bridal and grooms party to get ready?
Yes, the bridal suite features a lounge area, hair and make-up stations, private patio, & private restroom. The groom’s suite features 2 large TV’s, gaming table, lounge area, private patio, and private restroom.
Are we responsible for tables, chairs, and linens?
Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Grace Manor has a selection of several different shapes and sizes of tables. We set up the tables and chairs according to your personally customized seating chart. We do not provide linens, but you can rent them through us!
How do I provide you with a floor plan for my event?
You will be given a program that allows you to design your seating arrangement the way you want it.
Is Grace Manor an open vendor or must I select from a preferred vendor list?
Grace Manor is an open vendor venue for all vendors except food and beverage. Vendors need to carry their own general liability insurance and name Grace Manor Events as additionally insured. All events are required to use our preferred vendors for catering. However, you may bring in an approved full-service outside caterer for a $500 fee. All events are required to purchase a bar package (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) from our preferred vendor list.
Can I take bridal portraits at the venue?
Yes, you are given a 2 hour time slot with your photographer to use the venue for bridal portraits. You can schedule this Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays when no other events are scheduled.
Is cleaning our responsibility?
Yes, you are responsible for taking out the trash, removing your personal belongings and florals, and all rental items need to be picked up. The last hour of the rental period is designated for clean up. For a $500 fee you can have us clean up for you at the end of the night.

Do I need to buy a day of liability insurance policy?
Yes, the cost is approximately $250 dollars in Liability Insurance:

1 million dollar general liability insurance policy, with “Grace Manor Events” listed as additionally insured through Wedsafe.com

$10,000 minimum in event cancellation insurance from Wedsafe.com
Do I need security?
Yes, 1-2 security guards must be present from the start of your ceremony until the end of the rental period. GME will set this up through a preferred vendor (this is an additional charge outside of your contract).
Is there a payment plan?
We require a 40% first payment to secure your date, another 40% halfway, and the last 20% 3 months before the wedding date.
Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony options?
Yes, we have an indoor chapel with custom wood and metal pews that seats up to 300 guests. Our outdoor space features white patio chairs and can seat up to 200 guests.
Where are the closest hotels or places to stay?
There are several rental home options in the area along with many hotels within 13 miles of the venue. Most hotels are in the Alliance Fort Worth area close to the 35W and 287 junction. We have several options listed on our preferred vendor list.
How close is Grace Manor to the Stockyards?
The Fort Worth Stockyards are approximately 14 miles away and less than a 30 minute drive.
