What type of events can we book at the venue?

Can we tour the venue?
On-site tours are now available! Visit our Inquire page to schedule a time to tour the venue in person. We look forward to welcoming you!
What is the rental time period?
It is a 13 hour rental period between 8am - midnight. The final hour of the rental is the clean up hour.
Can I add extra hours to my rental period in the morning?
Extra getting ready hours can be added on before the rental period for $300/hour. The earliest the venue can be rented is 8 am.
Can I add more hours to the end of the rental period after midnight?
Yes, you can add an extra hour after midnight for $800/hour.
Can we have a rehearsal at Grace Manor Events?
Yes, you have a 1-hour rehearsal period that can be scheduled anytime the week before the wedding or as long as there is no event scheduled on the day. Events will take precedent over a rehearsal. Rehearsals can also be scheduled the morning of the wedding or take place off-site.
Do you have getting-ready suites?
Yes, the bridal suite features a lounge area, hair and make-up stations, private patio, & private restroom. The groom’s suite features 2 large TV’s, gaming table, lounge area, private patio, and private restroom.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! We welcome personalized wedding decor that brings your vision to life. All decorations must follow our venue guidelines to help protect the property and ensure a smooth setup and cleanup process.
How do I provide you with a floor plan for my event?
You will receive an email from a Grace Manor Events team member with a link to access TripleSeat Floorplans. This platform allows you to create and customize your floor plan to fit your event's layout and seating arrangements.
Can I take bridal portraits at Grace Manor Events?
Yes! Your wedding venue rental includes a complimentary two-hour bridal portrait session at Grace Manor Events with your photographer. Sessions may be scheduled on weekdays, subject to venue availability and provided no other events are scheduled.
What is included in the Exquisite Semi-Inclusive Package?
Our Exquisite Semi-Inclusive Package is designed to make wedding planning easier by bringing together some of your most essential wedding services! This package includes your Grace Manor Events venue rental, DJ services through It's Your Night (basic package), bar services through Signature Sips, security, and an in-house day-of coordinator.
Couples can personalize their experience by selecting their preferred catering option and floral package.
Please note that rental items, linens, day-of liability insurance, cake or desserts, photography, videography, and hair and makeup services are not included. Additional upgrades and enhancements are available.
Do I need to have security?
Yes, 1-2 security guards must be present from the start of your ceremony until the end of the rental period. Grace Manor Events will set this up through a preferred vendor (this is an additional charge outside of your contract).
What is our cleaning responsibility?
Yes! Clients are responsible for removing all trash, personal belongings, floral arrangements, and ensuring all rental items are picked up by the end of their event. We also ask that chairs in the reception area be stacked at the end of the night.
For your convenience, an end-of-event checklist is provided in each room, and the final hour of your rental period is designated for cleanup.
Prefer to leave the cleanup to us? Grace Manor Events offers an optional end-of-event cleanup service for an additional $500.
If you would like to donate any leftover floral arrangements, please check with the venue liaison on duty at the end of your event to coordinate.
How close is Grace Manor Events to the Stockyards?
The Fort Worth Stockyards are approximately 14 miles away and less than a 30 minute drive.
What is the earliest we can access the venue?
The earliest the venue can be rented is 8 am.
Can we set up the night before an event?
We do not allow set up the night before an event. All set up must be done during the rental period.
​Do I need to have a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator?
A professional day-of coordinator is required for every wedding and must remain onsite through the conclusion of your event. You’re welcome to bring your own professional coordinator, or Grace Manor Events offers an in-house coordination option for couples who prefer to keep everything under one roof.
How many guests can Grace Manor Events accommodate?
Grace Manor Events can accommodate up to 300 guests, making our Fort Worth wedding venue ideal for both intimate celebrations and larger weddings.
Are we responsible for tables, chairs, and linens?
Tables and chairs are included in your venue rental at Grace Manor Events! We offer a variety of table shapes and sizes to accommodate your customized seating arrangement. While linens are not included in the rental price, black and white linens are available to rent directly through us for an additional fee.
Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony options at Grace Manor Events?
Yes, Grace Manor Events has an indoor chapel with custom wood and metal pews that seats up to 300 guests. Our outdoor space features white patio chairs and can seat up to 200 guests.
Is Grace Manor Events an open vendor or must I select from a preferred vendor list?
Grace Manor Events offers an open vendor policy, giving you the flexibility to choose the vendors that best fit your event! All vendors are required to carry general liability insurance and name Grace Manor Events as an additional insured.
Bar Services: All events are required to select an alcoholic or non-alcoholic bar package from one of our three preferred bar vendors.
Catering: Outside catering vendors are welcome but must receive prior approval from Grace Manor Events.
Day-of Coordination: A professional day-of coordinator is required for all weddings. Couples may choose our in-house coordinator or hire a coordinator of their choice.
Do I have to use the in-house coordinator/planner if I choose the Exquisite Package?
Yes! Our in-house coordinator/planner is a required part of the Exquisite Semi-Inclusive Package and cannot be substituted with an outside coordinator. This service is included to help ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding experience.
Please keep in mind that any additional planning services, upgrades, or requests outside the package's included services may result in additional fees. These services and associated costs will be arranged directly between the client and the coordinator/planner and are separate from Grace Manor Events.
Do you have a payment plan option?
Grace Manor Events require a 40% first payment to secure your date, another 40% halfway, and the last 20% 3 months before the wedding date.
Is a liability insurance policy required at Grace Manor Events?
Yes, the cost is approximately $250 dollars in Liability Insurance:

1 million dollar general liability insurance policy, with “Grace Manor Events” listed as additionally insured through Wedsafe.com

Can we take our engagement photos at Grace Manor Events?
Absolutely! Grace Manor Events offers engagement photo sessions at our venue during the week for an additional fee. Sessions are available by appointment and subject to venue availability. For pricing, scheduling, or additional questions, please contact us at info@gracemanorevents.com.
Where are the closest hotels or places to stay?
There are several rental home options in the area along with many hotels within 13 miles of the venue. Most hotels are in the Alliance Fort Worth area close to the 35W and 287 junction. We have several options listed on our preferred vendor list.
